Lotus posture si mchezo...

Ni kweli kabisa.

2. The second stage of meditation is that which almost automaticallyfollows from successful completion of the first stage. The second stage ofmeditation is that which brings the physical body in rapport with the Overselfand brings the Overself in rapport with the Manu of the nation. Before one canmeditate to this, and higher standards, it is essential that one has a pure andlust-free life.
3. The next stage of meditation is that which gives oneall the benefits of stage 1 and stage 2, but which enables one in addition tohave full occult understanding. That is, when one reaches the third stage ofmeditation one is able to comprehend and apperceive.
Apperceive, of course, is different from perceive.Apperceive is the mind's perception of itself (all that which enables theOverself to improve its own spiritual condition).
4. Lastly, there is the mystical meditation, so calledbecause it is so far removed from earthly concepts that it is rather beyond theunderstanding of those who have not succeeded in reaching that stage. Thefourth stage of meditation takes us by way of the Silver Cord up to ourOverself, and then by way of the Golden Cord of our Overself into the presenceof that Great Entity which, for want of a better term down here, we call ‘God’.But the first two stages of meditation are the essential steps and you shouldconcentrate on them first.

You will find in that sort of meditation that your senses are heightened, your perceptions more acute, and that is the only meditation worthy of the name. In the years which will come to you, you will encounter many cults proffering meditation at a price,but that is not meditation as we understand it nor is it meditation as we wan tit. It is just something which cultists play with, and it has no virtue."

Hapana, ni vyema kufanya half lotus kama vile crossed leg lakini ukiwa unajaribu kuweka lotus. Taratibu utazoea na itachukua muda lakini utaifikia lotus pose.

Lengo la Meditation ni simple. Lakini faida zake ni nyingi. Faida zake ni kutoka katika lengo moja. Na kila faida inaweza kuleta faida nyingine. Kuna faida kuu au lengo kuu ambalo matokeo mengine hutokea kama matawi. Ni kama mti na matawi. Tuje kwenye eneo la maisha ya kila siku Meditation ni msingi wa mwanzo wa mafanikio yako.

Huwezi kufanikiwa kama wewe si mtu wa kutafakari yaani (meditation)

hapa ndipo wazungu wanapotushinda siku zote. Cm unayoitumia wazo la kutengeneza cm lilitokana na meditation.

Tafuta sehemu ya utulivu isiyo na makelele. Jizoeshe kila siku kukaa hapo peke yako. Kwa muda usiopungua masaa2.

Haza kutafakari shida za watu. Na jinsi utakavyozitatua. Zama kwa undani juu ya mambo ambayo hayapo na fursa zilizo kuzunguka.

Anza hapo mtaani kwenu unapo kaa. Yatafakari mazingira na ni nini unachokiona hapo mtaani kama kero.

Anza kubuni miradi. Chukua kalamu na karatasi. Andika kila wazo. Linalo kujia. Au fursa unazoziona hapo ulipo.

Hesabu gharama. Itakugharimu mtaji wa kiasi gani. Utapata faida kiasi gani. Chemsha. Akili yako ifanye izunguke itafute majawabu.

Ukisha maliza. Sasa rudi kwa Mungu hapa na zungumzia. Maombi mwombe Mungu. Akuongoze. Akupe hekima. Na Nguvu ya kuyatenda yote uliyoyapanga.

Na kuhakikishia maisha yako hayatakua kama yalivyo kuwa sasa. Lazima utajiri ukujie ndugu yangu.

100% true. Nina miezi kadhaa tangu nianze mtiririko huu exactly kama ulivosema. Cha ajabu ni kuwa nimebadilika sana kitabia na kimwenendo katika maisha ya kila siku. Inatubidi tuweke dini zetu pembeni kwa sababu zimefunga ukweli usijulikane kwa kuuwekea limit kwa kuonyesha sisi tuliobaki hatuwezi na kuwafanya wale wazamani waliojitambua kama miungu jambo ambalo sio.
Hapa namaanisha kwamba ukweli haupo ndani ya wakristo tu au wahindu tu au wabudha tu au waislam tu. Ukweli unaendelea kufunuliwa mpaka sasa.
Kuhusu kutumia neno mkuu tafakari mwenyewe utakuta sio sawa.
Kuonesha kuwa ukweli unafunuliwa, hata kukua kwa teknolojia ni moja ya kufunuliwa; Tukumbuke miaka elfu iliyopita hivi mtu angejua kuwa kuna kitu kinaitwa Skype kitatokea au watu wangesafiri angani???. Nakubaliana na ww kuwa ukweli bado unaendelea kufunuliwa

Mimi ilinigharimu 1 kuyalazimisha mawazo yangu ya kubaliane na kile ninacho kikusudia.

Haikua kazi raisi kaka wala halikua jambo la siku 1. Ilinichukua muda mrefu mpaka kuanza kuzoea hiyo hali.

Labda ni kupe mbinu iliyo ni saidia kwa uraisi.

Mimi ni mkristo.
Na ninapenda sana kutumia muda mwingi kufanya ibada na Mungu wangu.

Napenda sana kusoma neno la Mungu. Na kutafakari Neno la Mungu. Ihi ilinisaidia sana kwanza kuflash mawazo yote yasiyo na utukufu wa Mungu juu ya maisha yangu.

Hapa ndipo ili kua mwanzo wa kuanzia. Na neno lililo ni shep ni (Yoshua 1:8 na Zaburi 1:1-3)

Neno linasema:

uho ndio ulikua mwanzo wa safari yangu ya mafanikio. Kwa kuwa eneo la maisha yangu kiroho liko vizuri.

Nikaamishia baadhi ya mambo katika eneo langu la uchumi kupitia mfumo ule ule wa kumeditate. Mambo ya kimaendeleo.

Na neno lililo ni sukuma zaidi lilikua (Mithali 21: 5)

- MAWAZO YA MWENYE BIDII HUUELEKEA UTAJIRI:

hapa sasa ni katenga chumba changu maalum. Ni kawa kila siku kuanzia saa 1 - 2 usiku. Nakaa peke yangu na kuanza kutafakari vitu ambavyo ni kivifanya vinaweza kunibariki na kubadilisha maisha yangu. Kutoka kwenye umaskini kwenda kwenye utajiri.

Nilikua na daftari langu na kalamu yangu. Nikaanza kutafakari shida mbali mbali zinazowakabili watu.na ni nini solution yake.

Na mimi nikajiweka kama mtatuzi wa hizo kero au shida za watu.

Gafla mawazo ya miradi ikawa inakuja kama maporomoko ya mto upitishao maji.

Ni kaanza kuandika miradi. Na kupiga hesabu - gharama na faida. Nikajikuta nimefungua miradi mingi na inayoniingizia pesa nyingi sana na kuagana na umaskini.

Sifanyi biashara kama sijui faida yake ni kiasi gani na nitawekeza kiasi gani. Ihi imenijengea tabia ya kujua ni faida kiasi gani nitapata kwenye kila uwekezaji ninao kusudia kuufanya.

Siwekezi bila kufanya tathimini kwanza. Haya yote ni faida ya Meditation.
