Mimi naamini dalili za hili tatizo zilikuwepo ila pengine wahusika walijisahau au kupotezea kwa makusudi haya tunayoyaona ni matokea ya mapuuza ya watendaji wetu.

Leo hii serikali inategemea kwa kiwango kikubwa sana matumizi ya mtandao hivi unadhani ni kwa kiwango gani serikali inapata hasara na wananchi wake kwa kipindi hiki cha mkwamo wa internet nchini ambao haujilikani lini na saa ngapi utaisha.
