Specific Duties
• Develop and maintain BI solutions to support business operations and decision-making.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments.

Key Performance Indicators
• On-Time Delivery: Deliver BI reports, dashboards, and data models within agreed timelines, achieving at least 90%on-time completion.
• Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI solutions through proper validation and governance.
• Business Adoption: Drive effective use of BI tools, achieving ≥80% user adoption for newly deployed reports.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes through automation and optimized data solutions.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain strong collaboration with business teams, achieving high stakeholder satisfaction on BI deliverables and support.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database management.
• Proficiency with ETL process & Tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
