About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in, online, and telephone customer enquiries and converting them into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
•Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on solution-based selling.
•Handle walk-in, online, and telephone customer enquiries.
•Prepare and process proforma invoices.
•Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and payments.
•Promote products and services through effective customer engagement.
•Assist customers in product selection using strong product knowledge.
•Follow up on leads received through various channels.
•Coordinate with Customer Service on order processing and material readiness.
•Inform customers when orders are ready for collection.
•Receive and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
•Recruit, engage, and manage installers within the assigned region.
•Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, stock-taking exercises, and other sales activities.
•Ensure compliance with Service Centre Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•Maintain showroom and counter housekeeping standards.
Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
•Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
•Excellent communication and listening skills.
•Good negotiation and decision-making abilities.
•Strong problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
•Willingness to work extended hours when required.
