Sales Officer .
JOB DESCRIPTION
. Generate and qualify leads: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
. Present products and services: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
. Manage customer relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
. Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
. Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
. Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
. Strong customer service orientation.
. Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
. Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
