Job Title: HR Supervisor-Employees Relations
Location: Coast Region (PWANI)

Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring all processes align with both Tanzanian labor laws and internal company policies (including those from the Chinese headquarters). This role involves managing
employees’ relations, performance management, and general administration,
facilitating smooth communication and a productive work environment
between local employees and Chinese management
Key Responsibilities
1.Compliance and Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to Tanzanian
labor laws, manage employee grievances and disciplinary issues, and act as
a liaison between local staff and Chinese management.
2.HR Administration: Maintain employee records, assist with policy
development, and coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
3.Performance and Training: Support performance management processes
and coordinate training programs.
4.Reporting and Work Environment: Prepare HR reports and help maintain
workplace health and safety standards.
Skills Needed
Important skills include leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving,
along with the ability to work in a cross-cultural setting.
Qualification
◆ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is typically needed
◆ At least 3 or above years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
◆ Strong understanding of labor law is essential
◆ Professional HR certifications are a plus
