• Lead and manage all warehouse activities related to mechanical materials and equipment
• Ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and recorded in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits
• Coordinate effectively with procurement, logistics, and project teams to support operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management within construction or engineering projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical materials, equipment, and storage practices
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing mechanical materials
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock control, and documentation
• Ensure warehouse organization and adherence to safety standards
• Assist in preparing inventory and material movement reports
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and site personnel
• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical materials and warehouse procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿
• Execute procurement activities in alignment with company policies and project requirements
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain approved vendor databases
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and project teams to ensure operational continuity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven procurement experience, preferably within construction or engineering environments
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Maintain accurate records, files, and official documentation
• Coordinate administrative activities across departments, including HR and Finance
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documentation
• Support management and project teams with administrative requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
