haha thats called cheap political talk. first off, you couldnt explain what you meant by saying politic courts, how was it established, when was it active or whether if it was even used before. so i consider that to be some sort of made up words that you came up with. Then you went ahead and said after the "accused" is stripped out of pres. immunity or resigning, mkapa is not an active leader hence wont resign, being stripped out of immunity is an argument which
am 99.9% percent sure that it wont happen. and who else have you ever, ever, ever, ever seen in your life in the political history of tanzania goes to court after resigning apart from dito ?
