If you've noticed vizuri nimezingatia zaidi Individualism. Kwa maana ya kwamba players wenye/waliokuwa na game-influence kubwa kwenye teams zao.

Iniesta is more of a system player. Makes everything tick in the midfield. Players kama hawa huwa wana magoal machache sana kwenye locker yao. Siyo kwamba hawawezi kufunga but they like to organize the team/shape the team.

Iniesta will be there to shape the team ili goalscorer wamalize kazi, he's there to balance the back line na attacking line. Kazi hiyo huwa inategemea na form ya partner wake, kama Bugos/rakitic wakiwa kwenye form mbaya, huwa inamlazimu kucheza zaidi na Messi ambaye hushuka katikati/pembeni kuchukua mipira kwa Iniesta. Tofauti yake na Xavi, ni kwamba Xavi had both (system play and influence) Xavi could control the entire midfield peke yake.

As an AP (advanced Playmaker) Don Iniesta hakuwa influential kama Zidane, pia as a DLP (his new role at Barca kwa sasa) hajawa influential kama Xavi.

Na sidhani kama hawezi kuwa influential, but he prefers his system play. (he has Messi anyways) nasema hataki tu kuwa hivyo because i've seen him playing to.the fullest, (mf. CL final ya 2015 dhidi ya Juve)

His preference to "system play" ni moja kati ya vitu vilivyonipa ugumu wa kumweka mbele ya Zidane na Xavi. And believe me i rate him highly, he's one of my fav football players. (him and SG) but nisingemweka kwenye my Top Ten bila kuzingatia Playmakers kama hawa;-
