Lobbyist toka lini akatoa input kuhusu nani wa kupewa foreign aid wewe mtu Field Marshall wewe?
Foreign governments lobbyist unamlipa kukuunganishia audience na Whitehouse tu, he can care less kama mtapata mnachoenda kuomba huko.
Kuilipa Whitehouse ili ukutane nao ndio hizo unethical "cash for access" scandals zilizowazamisha kina Stephen Payne na Jack Abramoff. Eti Kikwete kamlipa Obama at least dola laki kukutana nae...usitoe shule potofu hapa.
Leokweli,
Hizi safari hata Mheshimiwa asafiri mara ngapi hazitasaidia kitu. Waswahili wanasema chema kinajiuza.
SECRETARY CLINTON: This is a particular pleasure and honor for me to welcome the President here. We will be having a working meeting, and then he will be meeting with President Obama in the Oval Office. But Tanzania is a country that has made so much progress and has an extraordinary potential that we wish to partner with and assist in every way possible.

SECRETARY CLINTON: Were working with the Sri Lankan Government. I spoke with the president earlier today, and we discussed a number of the efforts that his government wanted to take, as well as the international community, to assist Sri Lanka in the work that lies ahead that is very important for the healing and reconciliation in the nation. And Ive pledged our support, and well continue to follow closely what is happening there.
Thank you.
Dah.. mimi inaniuma tuu maana kumkandia JK katika hili nikama kutusi Tanzania in a way. That is just ridiculous.. Lazima kunakuwa na low level discussions before wakuu wa nchi kukutana so that an agenda is set and each one knows the other anakuja kusema nini. Nyie watu mmezidi I'm sorry to say.

WASHINGTON (AFP) US President Barack Obama met Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete on Thursday, in his latest attempt to engage Muslim leaders ahead of major speech to the Islamic world in Egypt next month.
Obama hosted private talks in the Oval Office which did not include a photo-op, and Kikwete left the White House without talking to reporters.

Obama's spokesman Robert Gibbs said "I think the president obviously will continue his outreach in the lead-up to his speech in Cairo with continued outreach to elected Muslim leaders like the president."

Huyu Obama nae should know better, Rais wa Tanzania hawezi kuwa painted as ``Muslim leader,`` udini hauna political prominence katika jamii ya Tanzania. Mtu kama Kambarage angeitwa kidini dini hivyo angemfurumusha huyo Obama na kisafari angeki call off hapo hapo. Kikwete hata hajijali kama katumiwa, utasikia ``liwa ule.``
