CHELSEA MANAGER FRANK LAMPARD CAN NOT BE SHOWING CONCERN ABOUT THE MIDFIELD.

Frank Lampard needs to find solution for imbalance midfield of Chelsea.

After finishing the match against Southampton, Chelsea manager Lampard did not seem to focus on the midfielder.

The match has been drawn due to the common mistakes of midfielders. That was quite ignored by Frank Lampard.

Furthermore, Squad members are not getting any kind of support from the head coach of team Chelsea Frank Lampard.

Frank Lampard failed to concern over the center back group of Chelsea.

It is very disappointing to watch the Saturday match where Chelsea cannot control Southampton and unsuccessful to achieve one more goal for the lead. The 3-3 draw against Southampton was very disappointing.

The Kepa Arrizabalaga personally felt that he was responsible for the second goal strikes by Southampton.

In the end, Kurt Zouma is equally blamed for the second goal against Southampton.

But the fact is they want one more member for protection. Their need for one more member has ignored by Chelsea’s manager frank Lampard.

So Kurt Zouma and Kepa Arrizabalaga are not fully responsible for this.

French Professional N’Golo Kanté was not a good central midfielder for Chelsea that he showed in the last match.

He is very disappointing. The tag of a best defensive midfielder is doesn’t suitable for himself.

Jorginho is not a defensive midfielder. He constantly looking for a ball and stroll around it. Both are playing in the same way that’s why they failed to defend.

The attacking midfielder Kai Havertz accepts his fault and regrets that he did not give a good result.

He was slightly upset about his performance against Southampton.

Subsequently, the match was good at 42 minutes after that they commit a mistake which is not acceptable and disappointing.

Chelsea in the lead 2-0, but due to the mistake of one person, the whole team gets upset. The first goal strike of team Southampton only because of the mistake of Kai Havertz. The entire team was frustrated about the result, he said.

Frank Lampard has revealed that his Chelsea players missed the tactical instruction to 'go long' from the back to break Southampton's press in the 3-3 draw at Stamford Bridge

I certainly didn't want to play brave football in the last moments of the game," Lampard said. "That was my message to them, that I wanted them to go longer and break the press. I don't think the players did that enough.

"We tried to play too much and some of that is ingrained in the players that they want to try and play football. That's certainly something I am not a big advocate of with high pressure, as something you can do is miss out the pressure to get the ball high up the pitch and use the players at the other end of the pitch.

"That was probably my biggest disappointment that the players didn't put into action."

Lampard went onto clarify that he believes his players didn't understand the importance of the instruction, rather than it being a communication issue.

"I am not concerned about the communication; we certainly work very hard through the week to have that," he added. "What I am concerned with is game management and, in the game, the players have to gauge that on the pitch, it is part of what being a top player at Chelsea is about.

"Absolutely, it is the players' choice. If there is a moment where the players have to see out a game, then we have to do that on the pitch and it isn't about communication from that point at all."
