Kwa nini Sarri anapenda kutumia hayo maneno ya "I don't know, I don't have power, It was not my decision, etc" linapokuja swala la transfer, contract extension na trades?

Naona kama ni style ya kukwepa lawama au kitu kama kulalamika indirectly.
