I've thought about this for a while now, Mourinho, Conte and now Sarri keep certain players at Chelsea that cannot take us forward.

They do because they are only able to buy if we sell, or if they can add to the squad, it's around £32m.

City are actually scared of teams with fast wingers because if when their press fails, their full-backs are always out of position. Liverpool and Lyon have proved this. Unfortunately, Chelsea don't have that weapon. I do not how we can hurt them.
