Sacked England football captain John Terry has flown back to Britain - hand in hand with his wife after the pair apparently patched up their marriage.
Toni Terry fled to Dubai two weeks ago following claims her husband had a fling with lingerie model Vanessa Perroncel.
Ms Perroncel is the ex-partner of Terry's England team-mate Wayne Bridge, with whom she has a three-year-old son.
Chelsea skipper Terry and his wife jetted into Heathrow on Monday night with their two children, four days after he flew out to be with them.
The 29-year-old had been allowed to miss Chelsea's FA Cup match against Cardiff on Saturday following the headlines about his private life.
He was pictured kissing and cuddling his wife as the couple relaxed by the pool at a five-star hotel in Dubai.
The tough-tackling defender also enjoyed a kickabout near his hotel during the stay, later signing autographs for young fans.
After the game, he told The Sun: "I've had a brilliant time here. Everything is now cool."
He was earlier reported to have said: "We know how we feel about each other and that is the main thing.
Ms Perroncel with publicist Max Clifford who has been representing her
"Our relationship has never been knocked down. We're just so in love."
Toni added: "We're very strong as a couple - always have been. John came over to see me and the kids and enjoy a few days in the hot weather."
Terry was given the boot by England football coach Fabio Capello amid growing concern about the impact of his alleged philandering on team morale.
Ms Perroncel, 29, was reportedly offered £250,000 to tell her story but has kept her silence.
