Stop defending the indefensible. The quality of a house is not measured by the colour of its roof or roofing material. Your residentials (the so-called dream houses) are way below what befits the word 'dream house'. Away from that, these residential houses are not even built in an organized and planned manner na hii inadhihirika in nearly all of Dar as the last picture of Dar above shows.

In matters planning and housing, Nairobi is way ahead of Dar and it will take the latter several years to catch up with the former on that sector, if at all it can.

I have also realized that you demean Nairobi apartments by calling them names like hostels just because your uswazis are no match. Why would you want us to have 'em dream houses up here like you have them down there? Si lazima tufanane
