Having a larger number of millionaires is not a big deal. You can have ten thousand millionaires in a population of 50 million people but it doesn't make any sense if the majority are poor. In this case, Kenya may seem to have fewer millionaires but the majority of her citizens are not as poor as the majority in Tanzania.
