There are two Expressway to be built in Kenya. One is Nairobi-Mombasa which will be built by USA and the other is JKIA-Westlands which is currently getting done by China. And as I can remember there was no struggle, it is only that China are quicker than USA and that's the main reason for them starting construction of their part before USA laid even a foundation stone on their Nairobi-Mombasa side.
