Just a negative effect of rapid economic expansion and the Nairobi county government was unprepared. bara bara zitatupata mbele. Gumba and places like Kasarani were actually good estates around 2005 before buildings sprung up all over. Most of these residential buildings you can tell they're barely 10 years old.
