Those informal settlements you talking about are just slums, only that you like to sugarcoat them to make them look better. The words informal settlements and slums are one and the same thing coz they are used interchangeably.

Halafu how many people live in Mbezi and Mikocheni? I think Mbezi and mikocheni are some of the best neighbourhoods in Dar (of course according to your standards).
