That is the biggest challenge! Just like how it was with Railway Housing program that ended up benefits guys from the rich Langata. Ngong Road is the place to watch! Although i have seen similar thing happening on some parts of Southern Bypass!

You can imagine towers have started being constructed along Outer Ring Road Already!!

This is the behavior that is making Nairobi never to solve traffic jam issues, immediately a place is opened, people rush there, they bring cars and the place becomes locked again!

I couldn't believe it seeing traffic jam at Upperhill, Southern Bypass and even Thika road!! What is needed is LRT combined with BRT and Cable car systems all at once!!

The following facts surprises me;
1.Tanzania is almost twice the size of Kenya and all its' land is arable...Kenya on the other side has 1/3 of its land arable but Kenya exports more Agricultural products..more than thrice tz
2.Tanzania has more minerals than Kenya but not fully exploited
3.Tanzania has more national parks but trails Kenya in tourism

Nairobi hata tuweke 50 lanes bado jam itakua tu hehehe. ..kwanza sahii vile end month inakaribia ma ndai zote zitakuwa kwa lami.
