Tanzania within 4 years of Magufuli has constructed 97 regional/ County hospitals, it is a continental history, there is no any country in Africa has done so.I know you're not the right person, but can't you just reason out loud? Mlongazila is no doubt impressive in regards to aesthetics, but how about other well-equipped hospitals within the same region? while K.U Hospital has around 600 beds like Mlongazila , the same Kiambu county has Gatundu and Thika level 5 at least 20 minutes fom each other.

As for Kakamega will make 4th county referral hospital if the cost known! Cause value of money is important u can't build a 300 beds hospital at a value of 600 beds hospital!
Imagine $65 mln for only building structure for this Kakamega county referral hospital n has stalled not finished. Sorry, I don't see value for money in that project.
