That's a cable stayed bridge with far too many low beams. cheap. Kenya has the longest and tallest bridges on it's SGR, spanning for kilometers.
I under no illusion that there are no cable stayed bridges in Kenya because we haven't needed them in many area apart from the few i Mombasa and the Likoni bridge is long overdue but coming up soon.
I have been involves expansively in bridge construction and can tell you the cost can vary greatly depending on design and local geology. That Tz bridge looks just a cheap bridge.
by the way keep other factors constant for a long span bridge, order of cost should be:
suspension bridge
arch bridge
cable stayed
beam bridge.

Thika Road (Busiest highway in east and central Africa) getting some rest on a Sunday. Another one like this under construction on Waiyaki Way. Mind you there's a tunnel cutting across. Some will say its outdated technology but until they construct such, they should stfup!!

•mfano kweny maziwa (water bodies) saiz kila kitu kipo (either completed/under construction) e.g bridges & ferries
• nchi kavu: kuna reli, barabara na vituo vizuri vya mabas
• angani: kuna ndege za kutosha (hapa nadhan tutawekeza kwenye viwanja vya ndege )

You people are just so dumb, countless black Kenyans are buying apartments, bungalows and maisonettes allover...I understand this is unheard of in LDC Tz but hey, tembea ujionee mambo..These apartments are not even located in the prime estates where foreigners stay. Being a capitalist country we have such a huge empowered local middle class that can afford these houses which in Tz is a preserve of wealthy foreiners. For example am working on several projects like one along Thika road called "Morningside apartments phase 2", it comprises of 72 three bedroom apartments going for Ksh. 12.45M, it's already approaching 60% sold-off even before the project is over. Another called Laikipia Apartments in Kileleshwa is already sold-off. All these are by black Kenyans, I would probably just exclude the Laikipia as it has like 30% Asians.

12.45m ksh equals to 275m Tzs. That money you build your own mansion in Tanzania with huge space all for yourself.

My point is not what dream house you can build, The quality, furnish, neighborhood and quality of these apartments is unmatched. Again, there are many Kenyans able and willing to purchase these residences.
