I singled out masaki coz I think it's the best estate you have in Dar (though it can't match the best estates in Nairobi). The rest are just wannabe

Embu wa Tanzania tujiongeze! Una bishanaje na mtu anaeka kwenye apartment? Most of Tanzania’s have there own houses. That’s means we own them. That’s an asset. Na kama unamiliki nyumba it means kiwanja ni Chako pia. We can’t compare ourselves with people who don’t own nothing. Staying in the apartment makes you reluctant to success.. it make you think that the place you in is your home it’s not! It will never be, you just another regular client who doesn’t have a place to call home.

Kwaio jamani hizi apartment mnazo post is nothing to proud of, the one benefiting from it are the ones renting it to you.

Kwaio Tanzanian’s let keep on being proud of our mbagala’s and tabata’s cause we own them and we have time to renovate them. After all mambo yanabalika sikuizi 😁

Nimeangalia screenshot zake hadi nikacheka...Kwanza hizo picha inaonekana anazo muda mrefu na niki ludi nyuma naweza zipata...Ukiangalia percentage ya charge ya simu ina tofautiana sanaaa...pili muda unakuwa unatofautiana sanaaa..pia icon za juu kwa kila picha zinatofautiana...😂😂😂😂😂 Huyu jamaa anatuona sisi malofa kwa kusema anaishi hapo, nibora akae kimia...😂😂😂
