Let me help you,informal settlements are caused by poor or absence of planning systems from government officials,but SLUMS are results of massive poverty,the poverty like the hell,..do you know what I mean when I say "massive poverty"..??..in slums there is not proper sewage systems,no water,the shelters are built of no reliable tools of building,no reliable Windows,no electricity,high crime rate,etc but in informal settlements,there may be good and well finished houses,the houses are built with proper building material,there are electric services,water etc

That's why the world has placed back to back kibera,kawangware,dandora and huruma as the worst slums in the world,remember they are in top 10 ,and if you go deeper to top 100,you won't see either tandale,vingunguti,mbagala,mwananyamala or magomeni,because they didn't qualified to be slums...SLUM is the status of its own,don't mess up with something called a "slum"

Most sit idling in their uswazi squalor singing ccm songs and mungu ibariki tanzania shit .....
And i need to see how your dreamhouses are better than dandora or huruma

There is bundle of massive slums in nairobi,we often use kibera because,kibera is the father of slums in africa,so we give kibera the respect she deserves,hey guys how comes korogocho,dandora,kariobange,huruma,mathare be trending while their father is alive????..Nairobi herself is scrammed,yeah nairobi is scrammed with 20 heavyweight slums,something that never happened in the world,go everywhere Kampala,bujumbura,kinshasa,kigali you won't find such shit...we are all now confused that,what caused those 20 slums in a city of 600 kms sq?????how how
