this is the bazaar plaza, hosts my school, Moi University nairobi. the university is planning to put up a skyscraper at its plot-0.6 acres Utalii Street/ Uhuru Highway right next to laico regency. initially was to be 26 storey but scaled up to 44. not yet approved but coming soon

In my opinion Dar should try to get to the level of westlands. Westlands beats Dar in Hotels, malls, hospitals, roads, education institutions, entertainment and modern buildings. Dad is better than westlands by the famous 3buildings
