Reff britam tower, the actual height of the building is 160M ,the spire is 40M just add you get 200M ,b4 you say something think

In Nairobi, Spire heights are added to the total height of Buildings, a reason buildings like Britam with 30floors Stands up with 200m high.

Height of the buildings is based on standard height measurements by CTBUH. This includes spires and architectural details, but does not include antenna masts and minarets. More than 50% of the structural height must also be occupy-able.
Britam has a spire made of concrete which is an architectural detail. More than 50% of its height is all occupy-able thus the measurement of 200m stands.
