Hii picha ni ya hivi karibuni au zamani, maana naona gari za 80's kama 504, Hilux na e-class.
That's a recent photo. That's Harambee Avenue with the Office of the President on the right (the one with a flag at the rooftop)

Kwani ofisi ya Rais haipo Ikulu?
That is his office, ikulu is his official residence though most of his official state duties are carried out at state house. He rarely visits that office. More of just a ceremonial office

Yea I remember well. East Africa had a rough time that day. The site has since been turned into a Memorial Park (7th Memorial Park) with names of all the victims in a plaque inside the park
Doesn't Kenya have an intelligence task force to deal with terrorism? like the CIA? Terror attacks in Kenya have been alarming non stop in the past few years. The government of the republic of Kenya definitely needs to do something about this.

The intelligence service has always got prior information about most if not all major terror attacks in the county but there's some laxity in taking action. The government had intelligence information about possible Wastage attack and even Garissa University attack but it seems that someone somewhere is sleeping on the job. On the other hand, the government has been able to thwart a number of planned terror attacks, though on a small scale but there's more that needs to be done to keep terrorism at bay in Kenya, especially with our troops still in Somalia

What about the attacks themselves? the attack at hotel Dusit the other day, a British guy saved the day and your country's "troops" were outside waiting.
