Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Neither nor, kariakoo ain't that ugly the way you think broda, infact Dar CBD is hot, we r lacking some pics of first class subarb and other middle class as well,to make a long story short,if you ever get chance to visit dar that is the only way to judge !!

Trust me I've been to Dar though I can't pretend to know it that well but trust me it's still way behind Nairobi in terms of Suburbs. I didn't tour much of it but I am a keen city enthusiast. The best Dar neighborhoods are probably the likes of Mikocheni and Oyster Bay. Those Estates can match Parklands, Kilimani, Madaraka etc in Nairobi which are middle class neighborhoods or Nyali in Mombasa, Milimani in Nakuru, Milimani in Kisumu etc. Wealthy Nairobi suburbs like Muthaiga, Springvalley, Karen, Kitusuru, Muthangari etc have no match in Dar. Again, Nairobi's area under well planned middle class and high class residential areas is way bigger than Dar taking almost 60% of the city area. Most of Dar is poorly planned.

A frosty silhouette-like skyline doesn't show the whole picture my friend. After TPA and PSPF the next tall towers in Dar worth mentioning are the likes of Rita, Umoja wa Vijana, Mafuta house etc. You surely can't compare those to I&M bank, Anniversary tower, Delta, KCB etc.They can't even get anywhere close to short buildings such as Victoria Tower or Germinia insurance plaza in Upperhill.

What is the difference with your Overrated Upper hill with the Photos above? That area is not even our CBD, Hilo eneo litawapumulisha kwa mashine vizuri sana. hata baada ya giant tower lenu kumalizika 😀😛. Hiyo list ya over 20 mmeharibu, hasa pale ulipopost ile golf course hotel. Sina imani hata kidogo na majengo yenu kibao. Niliweka Golf Hotel ukalalamika Mara haijakamilika mara haina 21 floors vitu ambavyo hungethibitisha. Nikaitoa nikaongeza majengo mengine manne bado hukujibu. Sasa nani aliyeshindwa?

huwezi linganisha hizo buildings na za upperhill ndio maana unapiga picha za mbali. Nimekwambia Upperhill architecture iko juu whether complete, under construction or proposed. Hata majengo mafupi kama Coca-Cola building yapo juu hayana equal Dar.
