first off, i didnt mention anything about you not knowing what KCB is, it's quite popular for you not to know anyway. secondly Kenya does not have any high commission but rather, Kenyan Embassy(don't ask me about commonwealth and non-commonwealth,just saying the heads of Kenyan diplomatic missions are known as Ambassadors and not High commissioners.).
i did a google search for the tanzanian high commision in kenya and it's funny how a whole embassy fits only 1 floor of the Re-Insurance plaza nairobi.(9th floor)
