yeah i can see it.The thing is, even if that picture truly was taken in 1999, ther is a very small probability that the all the buildings on the foreground of the photograph have been replaced by new buildings.

what's the name of that road? was it built to serve kibera? it's a highway. Kibera residents don't even have motor vehicles and we have brt connecting informal settlements so basically we reach out to those in need than you do
