So you want to tell me density applies on this to!? C'mon would you please try to reason and realize What my point really means!....inshort what i'm telling you is that we are not comparing real estates/ residential homes occupancy otherwise tunge ongelea Kileleshwa,Buruburu,Karen etc but what we are talking about here is Commercial occupancy & not residential.....& Infact Nairobi is much ahead due to its 3 business district status as you guyz hold on to one.

hahaha we are just being respectful by comparing Nairobi to the ugly underdeveloped daresalaam city........bickering and blind patriotism put aside especially by Tanzanians....Daresalaam can maybe compete mombasa city......though mombasa has bigger and better estates,hotels and port.
