Eldoret has two big malls, it is not a city, Nanyuki has a mall, it is not a city, Naivasha has a mall yet it is not a city, Kitale has a mall yet it is not a city, Kericho has a mall, it is not a city, Nakuru has a mall it is not a city etc etc...nyinyi endeleni kupandisha glorifued villages zenu hadhi ziwe "cities" based on population as the only parameter. If Kenya was to do the same we could be having not less than 15 cities.

mu friend niliwah kusema hapa kisumu haina hadhi ya kuitwa city tanga na mbeya zinaitwa city kwasababu population ni kubwa improvement of social services ziko juu, economy ziko better, viwanda vipo vya kutosha, unemployment rate is very low, universities zipo, so kua na mall hakumaanishi sehemu kuitwa city na by the way tanzania tumezoea kua na local markets ambazo mtu huenda kununua bidhaa zikiwa fresh kabisa na dodoma now ni city
