In this civilized world, Mass public transit makes sense if you have these things in your city, but I assure you, this isn't as easy as drawing red lines on the road and naming them 'BRT ONLY' this is because to implement the real BRT you need Money, (beautiful amounts), plan, feasibility studies, construction of some serious infrastructure and the system, it may become difficult if a governor with chains on his neck like a dog tries to implement it by himself.
