education system........what's your rank in Africa in terms of education system......????..
Just by reading most of your comments here one can notice few things of how broken your education system is.

You just playing dumb......mmmhh .it's not about beats me stuff ............facts are very clear
The fact is Nairobi has 3m people, 2.5m of those live in slums, if this is what you call development then you are more than an oxymoron.

Did you say good education system?
Damn right!

It's midnight and that's the best you can post make it small the way you want but fact is that its a metro of 8 million people plus and covers 15000 sq kilometres......the real estate boom is in kiambu as of now.....Nairobi is already built up.Not forgetting machakos where Jkia lies ......let's not forget kitengela ngong kiserian and ongata rongai in Kajiado..........if all these were factored would you have managed even to score a third of their aggregate...? lol
Mwambie maana ya aggregate. pengine hapo ndo ataelewa ulichosema

Whatever you talk, the fact is Dar is modern, clean, very good security and its economy is growing very fast, those are reasons that make investors to invest in Dar for $3B higher than Nairobi.

Starting with availability of safe water, cleanliness, good public transport system, good and modern public hospitals, good security.
Lol.....that sounds funny. And Nairobi is still in top 5 most liveable cities in Africa......Tanzanians you guys are high on some substance we don't know....maybe gongo

How does Dar's size in square kilometers ensure availability of safe water?

in this report by the world bank, there is no mention of the word tanzania, but kenya is the most mentioned even more than sa or ethiopia

...The continent has become the second most attractive investment destination in the world – ranking just behind North America — as investors are looking beyond the more established markets of South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya.

With rising production costs in Asia, manufacturers have been looking at countries such as Ethiopia, Kenya and Rwanda.

....Agriculture and agribusiness are expected to become a $1-trillion industry by 2030. Kenya is now the third-largest exporter of cut flowers in the world, with the industry employing more than 500,000 people. According to the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, the floriculture industry exported 136,601 tons of product in 2014 and now accounts for 1.3 percent of the country’s GDP. But Kenya is adding more than half a million people to the labor force every year, so massive job creation is required.
