Your argument is that since Dar covers a bigger area in sq km then it is better and even developed than Nairobi which covers a small area. That's why I always ask you if Dar is developed than New York which also covers a smaller area in sq km.If you and your fellow danganyikans can't answer that simply question then just know that quoting the size of Dar against that of Nairobi won't change the fact that Nairobi is developed and more advanced than your gloried village

Nope,area means alot for the future that is why Dar Is developing more fast than ur overrated nbo ,there are few things that we have to make em clear to you
1. Dar real estate is bigger than urs by $3bln
2.The room of changing dar as far as area is concerning is bigger than urs
3.Dar is not a developed city as u claimed even nbo isn't so be humble

Then stop massaging your ego by quoting the size of dar against that of Nairobi as if that is what you use as a measure of development. If that was the case, New York haingekuwa inatamba mbele ya Dar kwa sababu ni ndogo sana kwa dar in sq km. Development of a city is not measured by how big or small it is in sq km. Dar maybe changing but that should not make you think Nairobi is sleeping..
Nairobi used to be an East African City, things are rapidly changing we are now hosting africa and World HQs.. Dar will change but it Will never catch up...

I now like the way you reason. Point number two above says There is room FOR CHANGING Dar. So kwanza, Tanzanians should make an effort and change Dar to reach the level of Nairobi. Until that happens, just know that Nairobi is way ahead of your city in so many ways. It is the most important city in this region not by mistake - we had made those changes that you now want to make long time ago.
