Why would a government that collects and utilize my tax money to build and maintain the same road charge me to use it? Fikiria kabla kupayuka hapa!
Not that we don't know what road tolls are! It seems you guys are the ones in darkness on how they come about and work. Most of them are on roads built through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) where governments concession off building/maintenance to private investors. The investors then charge and recoup their money within an agreed timeline before reverting back to govts.
If you're paying toll charges on roads built wholly by your taxes,then the Tz govt is ripping you big time! 😀😀
