Dar is a very disorganized city. it's hard to tell which part is cbd and which part is a residential area. Nasikia pale sio ajabu kuona mtu juu ya balcony akibrush meno huku amejifunga lesso pale katikati mwa jiji. It's only in dar where you'll find women washing their children hapo mbele ya but towers huku wamekalia mikeka. it's very hard to know whether you are in the cbd or estate.
