Quality of life my foot unga wa uji na ugali tuu mbinde bado maziwa na nyanya hiyo quality of life inatoka wapi ikiwa vitu basic kama hivi ni shida? power cut ni order of the day let alone piped water supply.

Sasa unatufundisha maana ya rebasing au? If it's done to capture new and emerging realities in the economy which is true, how then is it not supposed to increase economic figures? Before the rebasing, was your economic figures at $96b? Has it increased or decreased?
