All the big economies in the world and Africa have debt to GDP ratio. It's unfortunate that you can't understand that concept because you are not a big economy.

Those rich countries are taking loans from their own entities, from their own pension schemes and banks to catalyze their own economy with very different terms and conditions compared to how you take from them as an African country, unaiga kunya kwa Tembo? wazungu weusi means "chokoraaa wanaotaka kua kama wazungu" has nothing to do with color but language and lifestyle becasuse thats what kenyans wanataka kuambiwa example "capital of africa" while hosting the biggest slum on earth 😂 😂 😂 😂
