Why should we judge the size and performance of Tanzania's economy by converting everything into US dollars when exchange rates fluctuate for reasons that do not necessarily reflect our domestic productivity? Our economy operates primarily in Tanzanian shillings, and its performance should be evaluated accordingly.

First, do you know the meaning of GDP?, it is a Gross Domestic Product (GDP). We produce and spend in Tsh not USD

GDP stands for Gross Domestic Product. It refers to domestic production. The countries you mentioned buy and sell using their own domestic currency.
