Remittances is money from individuals (non-commercial) moving out of Bongolala to Kenya.
I can bet 90% of it is done via Mpesa. The only beneficiary is Kenya.

The beneficiary is Kenyans but you know cross border settlement?
Do you think Tsh just vanish in Tanzania economy to benefit Kenyan economy? No no no.

At the level of individual you are right. But at the level of banks there is settlement of in the book of account.

Mobile money connected to bank.
So there is Nostro and Vostro accout. You get Ksh from Tsh. But there is settlement in ledger book.
Is a simple double entry account.

The amount settled in BoT assets as USD to balace

Is not simple like that. Kama ingekuwa hivyo si mgefanya money laundering. You just over pay a Kenyan the send money in kenya as remittance
