I asked the same question when they made this claim. Adding more seats in a stadium is possible but how do you do that without major structural changes? Makwapa ni ile ile from day one ila tunaambiwa viti ziliongezwa 😄😄😄

I don't even think they have Skyboxes in that stadium. It's all seats, an ugly running track and ever flooding pitch. They want to cook their capacity and use it as an argument to host the opening game but vile kunaenda Talanta might host both opening and closing Matches 😂😂😂.
