Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

The way you people are always updated of all social media posts by Kenyans amazes me. Yani there is no single positive social media post that I see by a Kenya to Tanzania that doesn't end up here. 🤣 🤣 🤣
Unlike Kenyans , half of Bongolalas here ain’t authentic but paid trolls or CCM bots… so deep state type research is part of their training. They dig everywhere looking for that one negative limelight but in most cases it’s just hits and misses. I wonder how much a troll like Stakehigh gets paid … 🤣🤣🤣

Point of correction please. No native Tanzanian on the list.
Tanganyika’s Economy is owned by Arabs and Indians . Zanzibaris are now getting a fair shake and moving up fast, thanks to Mama looking out for her people.

I get a lot of my Kenyan news here from the roho chafu brigade 😂😂
Most of the things they post curated to show the worst.

Early signs of fake GDP reporting from an LDC.
Government developments but no private money to match the surroundings. 😂😂
And the few buildings around are single storey coneheads.

Even your fellow LDC Rwanda is doing it properly - even controlling the architecture so that 15 years from now, Kigali doesn't end up with lots of ugly coneheads they can't demolish . 😂😂

I'm glad Kigali is copying Nairobi on its growth, not Dar vumbi. Big well planned estates with lots of planned greenery and shared amenities; children play areas etc.

Kenya and Rwanda will end up being like Sweden and Finland. Brothers from another mother.
No jealousy. No roho chafu.
Uganda and Kenya too because they have already overtaken you in East Africa, without the jealousy towards Kenya.

Wewe mbilikimo, nimeongelea watu wa humu ndani ama wa nje? Some of you need reading classes.

This week in Kilimani.
For President of China , coodip1 and chongchung

We need another thread to compare Nairobi with mid 2000s to early 2010s South East Asia cities, like Bangkok.

This kind of development - barely reported in the "negative stories sell more" media mafia industry in Kenya, would be 1st page news in all other East African countries including Bongolala.

When it comes to tall structures, the gap between Westlands & Kilimani alone, vs the rest of the region combined is now becoming funny.
Many projects in Nairobi with pedestrian-level shops, Manhattan feel.
We're building new shopping districts.

Dar vumbi, ata mkijaribu sana, you're putting everything behind huge walls.
Your new suburbs, plus Makufuli City, will never be true city centers.
Just a collection of walled buildings.
