One thing I love about Kenya is the trend setting philosophy. Belmont is straight outta New York, Los Angeles or Miami. Just like GTC raised the bar and everyone followed, this one will change how new construction in Kilimani or Kileleshwa is executed. Watch new renders get reset… welcome to Kenya.

I'm glad Kigali is copying Nairobi on its growth, not Dar vumbi. Big well planned estates with lots of planned greenery and shared amenities; children play areas etc.

Kenya and Rwanda will end up being like Sweden and Finland. Brothers from another mother.
No jealousy. No roho chafu.
Uganda and Kenya too because they have already overtaken you in East Africa, without the jealousy towards Kenya.

Definitely it’s true what Kenyans say about Kigali real estate. It’s copying Nairobi is every detail . Now I see why .. look at Suraya Estate ( built in early 2000s) . Rwanda must have borrowed the render ..🤪🤪
