Kariakoo alone inajenga more 100 buildings of 11-19 floors tunavyoongea hivi sasa. Miradi ya kati ya 2024 - 2026. and more buildings are coming. Kila siku tunashuhudia majengo ya zamani yakivunjwa ili kujengwa mapya

Buildings above 20 floors that are under construction in Dar are less than 4. So in short bado there are less than 40 buildings with 20 floors and above in entire Tanzania. Westlands alone is building that 40 as we speak.
