All I see is a case of unpicked trash and bad roads . That to me looks like local government negligence and abandoned taxpayers. All those clothes hanging on the balconies are an eyesore. I hope the landlords can come up with wash and dryer solutions. Otherwise, show me a proof that these residents are not paying rent despite poor service delivery.
So this should be addressed to Governor Sakaja and his team . If this place is cleaned up , it still of higher quality than your Uswaziland.
People have to start from somewhere and with more industrialization of Kenya , such population will move up and eventually such places will be populated by immigrant labor coming to Kenya for economic opportunities.
