Alafu, you electrified your SGR, only to achieve speeds I hit with my car daily.
Tanzania SGR is a slow speed electric train. Probably the slowest electric train in the world 😂😂
To make matters worse, your SGR lower classification does not even allow double stacking containers. Tracks hazina enough foundation, na pia waya za stima juu inazuia.

Are you building a CBD or a suburb?
Bongolala government urban planners are a funny lot.
Even after building everywhere, this will just be a loose collection of buildings, and not a CBD.
Makosa ya kwanza ilikuwa kuweka hizo front parking lots, and recessing the buildings backwards.
Makosa ya pili. WALLS.
Buildings need to be on street level. Like Nairobi CBD, or what we're building in Tatu and Konza.
