Remember I refused to reveal the 2 super talls in Upper Hill a while ago because I didn’t want to jinx them …so shhhhhhhh!… you beat me to it… but let’s wait till the excavation…. ( history is a good lesson if you know what I mean…)..🤪🤪🤪

There is one that will make GTC look like a mini tower… but let’s leave it at that till excavation day..🤪🤪
Basically Nairobi will soon have 3 towers ( 2 in Upper Hill and 1 in Westlands ) that will occupy top 5 in Africa ( meaning 3 out of 5 tallest buildings in Africa will be in Nairobi)… afterwards will be a race for height within the city taking Nairobi to levels of Dubai and New York in terms of height … I am not even counting new NSSF towers which will then be in top 6 in Africa. save this post …

I got inside sources that Equity Bank is watching from Upper Hill to see how the height game is being unraveled and soon they will respond in a way that will match the banking giant they are. If Kingdom Hall is 75 floors , then Equity Tower will be 80 or more .. watch this space..
Soon tutafunga hii sub forum … it won’t be worthy unless we change it to Dar vs. Mombasa ( that will be appropriate)

The day Nairobi fixes the horizontal infrastructure ( ongoing), the day Nairobi will truly be the Capital of Africa 💯…. When all the very many towers rise in the sky from Westlands to Upper Hill , Nairobi will have no equal in the continent ( not even Cairo or Jozi)…🤪
