How do they do it? They build new 4 lanes from scratch or they build another 2-lane road beside old one?

I am not sure how they'll do it but from my experience on how they've been building such roads, they usually maintain the existing road for use then after doing two lanes on both sides, they divert traffic to the completed sections then work on middle sections. The existing lane will be demolished and built afresh and tied with the rest of the lanes

Do all buildings in Nairobi have 100% occupancy?

Of course it can't be 100% but they rarely fall below 90% if I am not wrong. If occupancy was low, we wouldn't be seeing the rise in highrise buildings coming up in Nairobi. Nairobi currently has close to 40 highrise buildings in different stages of construction (20 floors and above). Most of them are actually sold off-plan.

Take Jabali Towers at Tatu City for instance (a twin tower block of 33floors and 20 floors) which is already 80% sold before even groundbreaking!
