I am not sure how they'll do it but from my experience on how they've been building such roads, they usually maintain the existing road for use then after doing two lanes on both sides, they divert traffic to the completed sections then work on middle sections. Nairobi currently has close to 40 highrise buildings in different stages of construction (20 floors and above). Take Jabali Towers at Tatu City for instance (a twin tower block of 33floors and 20 floors) which is already 80% sold before even groundbreaking!
